BRING YOUR OWN BIG WHEEL

Bring Your Own Big Wheel (BYOBW) is a volunteer-run, annual race where participants ride plastic tricycles and whatever else they can put on wheels to coast down that other crooked San Francisco roadway, Vermont Street on Potrero Hill. The event is free, with no corporate sponsorship, and encourages donations to help cover costs and support the nonprofit Penny For A Change.

BRING YOUR OWN BIG WHEEL 2024

Shooting and producing this event was an experiment for me because I used the GarageBand software to compose the music for the audio tracks, although for about half them the Hippie Hill drum circle recorded the background percussion tracks and I overlayed them with other instruments during production.

So, I got to compose music for it, which was a fun challenge to take on.

Also, I used DaVinci Resolve 18.6 editing software and experimented with the transitions to move through the various scenes and explore the available options
